Channel letters are a type of 3 dimensional signage composed of aluminum molded sides and custom cut backers with plastic trim caps and acrylic faces that create individual 3 dimensional letters for interior or exterior use. These letters will typically be illuminated from inside each letter using hi performance LED lights powered by a low voltage power supply.

Channel letters used to be crafted by hand and illuminated with neon glass. This was a time consuming and inefficient way to make and power a sign.
